Overview

The OmniAire 2000 Plus is a high-output, variable-speed HEPA air scrubber/negative air machine for abatement, restoration, and infection-control projects. It delivers up to ~2,000 CFM on a standard 115 V / 15 A circuit and pairs a rugged, powder-coated steel cabinet with a gasket-sealed true HEPA final filter. Installation (setup & use)

1. Place & secure: Set on a level surface near the work zone; lock swivel casters.

2. Choose mode:

   • Negative pressure: Duct the outlet to a safe exhaust location outside containment.

   • Recirculation/positive supply: Return or supply filtered air within/to the target area.

3. Attach ducting: Use 12″ lay-flat or flex duct; keep runs short and minimize bends to preserve CFM.

4. Power: Plug into a dedicated 115 V / 15 A circuit; avoid external solid-state speed controllers.

5. Set airflow & verify: Adjust the speed dial to hit target ACH/pressure; confirm with the built-in DP gauge when running containment.

6. Filter maintenance: Inspect prefilters frequently; replace when loaded to protect HEPA life and maintain airflow. Use the hour meter to schedule service.
