Shipping
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be longer but will be communicated through text/email.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately to request an address change. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
