Installation (Setup & Use)

1. Pre-delivery check: Inspect machine, verify broom setup, and fit LPG tank (supplied by site).

2. Start-up: Seatbelt on, parking brake set, start engine, warm up to operating RPM.

3. Set brooms & vacuum: Lower main broom and both side brooms; set broom pressure and engage vacuum fan.

4. Sweep pattern: Work in overlapping passes; reduce speed in heavy debris and near racking.

5. Filter maintenance: Use the filter shaker periodically to maintain airflow and dust capture.

6. Dumping: Drive to an approved container, raise to 62″, open hopper, and empty safely.

7. Shutdown: Park on level ground, raise brooms, idle to cool, turn off fuel supply, and complete daily checks.
